Hi, I'm Robert.
Senior Product Designer with 15+ years of professional experience in various industries such as automotive, e-commerce, energy, finance, healthcare, insurance and technology.
I grew up in the hills north of Frankfurt where I spent most of my time mountain biking. When my curiosity for technology caught up with me, I organized and developed e-sports tournaments with over 100 participants in the early 2000s as a hobby.
While studying Business Informatics at TU Darmstadt, I already worked as a freelance Interaction Designer/Developer. Somehow I ended up with a Master's in Art Direction at the Institute of Design further north in Hamburg.
At some point I met my wife and moved to Oslo, Norway.
Having switched from advertising to experience design, I now focus on developing platforms, products and services. I love simplifying the complex, questioning everything, empowering users and telling compelling stories.
